Our commitment
Our concrete commitment
Every SPZ Group site is managed with a waste reduction plan, from sorted collection of scrap materials to optimised purchasing to minimise waste.
We work with ISO 14001 certified suppliers and favour local materials to reduce transport impact.
Every new residential building we construct is designed to achieve at least energy class A, with photovoltaic systems and heat pumps as standard.
